These terms govern your use of lzign.com. By using this site, you agree to them. They don't cover the specifics of any paid engagement — those are set out separately in your proposal, quote, or statement of work.

Using this site

You may browse this site and use its forms (contact, quote, booking, registration) for their intended purpose. Content on this site — text, images, logos, and the LZIGN, LZIGNLink, LZIGNLive, and LZIGNLogic names and marks — belongs to LZIGN and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Services & engagements

This site describes LZIGN's services for informational purposes. Nothing on it constitutes a binding offer. Scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines for any actual project are agreed separately in writing (a proposal, quote, or statement of work), and those documents govern that engagement.

Events & registration

Registering for a training event through this site reserves your seat subject to availability. Seats for limited-capacity events are allocated in the order registrations are confirmed. LZIGN may reschedule or cancel an event where necessary; we'll contact registered attendees using the details provided at registration.

Payments

Where an event or service has a cost, payment is handled through a third-party payment processor. Other paid engagements are invoiced according to your proposal or statement of work. LZIGN does not store your payment card details.

Third-party links

This site links to and embeds some third-party tools, including our Odoo-hosted booking system and, where relevant, LZIGNLive (get.lzignlive.com) and other WordPress-based sites LZIGN builds or manages. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites once you leave lzign.com.

Liability

This site and its content are provided “as is.” LZIGN doesn't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, LZIGN isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site — this doesn't limit any liability we hold under a separate written agreement for a paid engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
