This policy explains what information LZIGN (“LZIGN,” “we,” “us”) collects through lzign.com and our related booking, training, and support tools, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, through the forms on this site:
- Contact & quote requests — name, email, phone, and details about your project.
- Support tickets — name, email, phone, company, and a description of your issue.
- Training event registration — name, email, phone, company, job title, and any special requirements you list; for paid events, we also record attendance/order details (see Payments below).
- Newsletter sign-up — your email address, only if you opt in.
We don't collect this from third parties or data brokers — it comes directly from you when you use the site.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, quote request, or support ticket.
- To register and manage your attendance at LZIGN training events.
- To send service-related email — confirmations, ticket updates, event details.
- To send newsletter content, only if you've opted in; you can unsubscribe at any time.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and deliver these features. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms; we don't share your information with anyone else, except where required by law.
WordPress-based sites.LZIGNLive (get.lzignlive.com) and any website LZIGN builds and manages for you under our Website-as-a-Service or Website Care plans run on WordPress, using standard WordPress hosting and plugins for functions like forms, email delivery, backups, and security. If you're referred to LZIGNLive or use a LZIGN-managed WordPress site, information you provide there is handled under that site's own applicable privacy practices, in addition to this policy.
Cookies
lzign.com doesn't run third-party advertising or analytics tracking. Google reCAPTCHA, which protects our forms from spam, may set its own cookie as described in Google's Privacy Policy. That's the extent of cookie use on this site today.
Payments
Where a training event or service has a cost, payment is completed through a third-party payment processor's own secure checkout. Other paid engagements (e.g. Website-as-a-Service, maintenance) are invoiced and paid according to the terms in your proposal or statement of work. In all cases, LZIGN does not receive or store your card details.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from marketing email, at any time by emailing hello@lzign.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our tools change. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
